Mas Tec -  [Heavy Equipment Operator / Loader Operator] As a Certified Rigger at Mas Tec, you'll:
Inspect, set up, and operate rigging equipment to lift and move heavy loads safely;
Determine the weight and balance of loads to ensure proper rigging techniques;
Communicate with crane operators and team members to coordinate lifting operations;
Follow OSHA regulations and industry safety standards to prevent accidents;
Select and attach appropriate slings, chains, and ropes for secure lifting;
Maintain rigging equipment to ensure functionality and compliance with safety requirements.
