McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Field Mechanic based in the Boise yard with hands‑on experience in heavy equipment repair, maintenance, boats, crane assembly/disassembly, rigging and signaling, and barge operations.
Travel to project sites across WA, OR, CA, AZ and required;
Boise serves as the primary hub between assignments. Responsibilities include crane assembly/disassembly, rigging and signaling for safe operations, and maintaining marine and crane equipment.
