Carpenter/Tradesman | McAlvain GC Self Perform
Role Overview:

Purpose: Self perform light framing/drywall, rough carpentry, doors, and HW, and punchlist. Supporting multiple projects to increase efficiency and productivity.
Top 5 responsibilities:
Required Experience:
- 5 years commercial construction
Required Skills, Certifications, or Licenses
- Strong attention to detail, especially for punchlist and finish-level work
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across job sites
- Reading and working from commercial construction drawings and specifications
Preferred Experience or Background:
- Proven experience in commercial construction (carpentry, drywall, and/or metal framing)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety
- Strong attention to detail
