:
Identify and launch net‑new features that drive activation – from gamified onboarding to instant wallet provisioning and first‑use incentives. - Obsess over the funnel
:
Manage the end‑to‑end checkout and activation funnel, ruthlessly eliminating friction to achieve industry‑leading drop‑off rates. - Cross‑functional leadership
:
Act as conductor for stakeholders across engineering, design, risk, legal, and compliance to decouple growth from platform debt. - Navigate complexity
:
Work with risk, legal, compliance to onboard users safely while preserving speed. - Drive activation economics
:
Own metrics such as Time‑to‑First‑Transaction, 30‑day activation rates, and wallet‑provisioning penetration.

- Technical and design fluency – able to speak engineering, understand API constraints, latency, and hold a high bar for UI/UX.
- Strategic influence – ability to lead without authority, align senior stakeholders, and guide embedded pods through ambiguity.
- Data‑driven intuition – fluent in SQL/Amplitude and use data to identify bottlenecks while applying product intuition.
- Required education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
