What You’ll Do
- Architect, design, and implement robust CI/CD solutions that prioritize reliability, scalability, and elegant simplicity.
- Lead large, multifaceted projects—breaking down complex problems into maintainable, high-impact solutions.
- Identify and eliminate sources of unnecessary complexity, technical debt, and operational friction.
- Mentor and influence senior engineers: set a high bar for quality, best practices, and continual technical improvement.
- Collaborate deeply with teams across OCI to deliver impactful, cohesive tools and workflows.
- Document and communicate technical designs, promoting shared understanding and technical clarity.
- Drive and advocate for simplicity as a core engineering value—recognizing that making things simple is often the hardest and most valuable work.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in software engineering, with deep hands-on experience in CI/CD, Dev Ops, or infrastructure.
- Track record of simplifying complex systems and building highly reliable, scalable, low-maintenance services.
- Expert level in at least one systems language (Go, Python, Java, or similar) and strong distributed systems knowledge.
- Significant experience designing and operating large cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on expertise with containers, orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
- Proven mentor and technical leader among peers; strong communicator and collaborator.
- Deeply invested in system quality, simplicity, and developer experience.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
