Requirements
Must have:- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI), Postgre
SQL, Svelte, Docker, and Git Hub Actions - Over 4 years of relevant software development experience or a substantial portfolio
- Strong backend skills in building APIs and managing relational databases
- Robust front‑end experience creating modern web user interfaces
- Familiarity with Git workflows, including branches, pull requests, and code reviews
- Ability to work autonomously while communicating effectively and managing tasks
- Capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with modern API frameworks, preferably FastAPI
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain full stack applications that facilitate pharmacy operations and partner workflows – Create backend APIs, services, and database structures – Develop user interfaces with an emphasis on clarity, speed, and dependability – Work with administrators to establish requirements, project scope, and acceptance standards – Write clean, tested code and engage in code review processes – Enhance application performance, reliability, and observability, including logging and error tracking – Manage releases across both staging and production environments – Adhere to security and compliance standards, particularly HIPAA regulations – Document systems, processes, and technical decisions thoroughly – Provide training and knowledge sharing with colleagues whenever possible – Be open and willing to learn tasks from various departments as business demands evolve – Mentor and support other developers as the team expands
