Senior AI Engineer, Mobile Voice and Salesforce Workflows

Niuro is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for a consulting firm building AI‑powered workflows for commercial field teams in life sciences and related industries. You will turn Claude‑based prototypes into a reliable, repeatable mobile demo experience that captures spoken visit debriefs and updates the correct Salesforce records through MCP.

• Improve Claude‑based agent workflows, tool routing, evaluation, and error handling.
• Build a polished mobile experience with React, HTML, and CSS.
• Map spoken intent to the correct visit, record, task, and owner in Salesforce.
• Verify writes, prepare reusable synthetic data, and make demos repeatable.
• Document platform limits and recommend the next iteration.

• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude, skills, artifacts, MCP tools, and AI agent evaluation.
• CRM integration experience, ideally Salesforce, including safe reads and writes.
• Strong mobile UI skills and sound judgment about voice interactions and recoverable errors.
• C1 English and clear communication with nontechnical leadership.

Nice to have:
Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Field Service, commercial healthcare workflows, or Salesforce MCP.

Contract:

full-time for an initial 2 months, with extension based on results. Remote in LATAM. Compensation: USD 4,000 to 5,000 per month.
