Smart Contract Developer

The Smart Contract Developer we're hiring will inherit a technology codebase with good bones and a few skeletons;
Ingersoll Rand is honest about both. Earn $73,000 - $110,000, own outcomes, and grow your technology career with a team that values 4 years of real experience.

• Integrate third-party services and internal tools into the Ingersoll Rand stack
• Enhance test automation frameworks to increase release confidence
• Replace the brittle React hack with a Prioritization solution that survives Boise scale
• Stress-test Go systems until they bend, then harden where they cracked
• Build Jest dashboards so Ingersoll Rand's technology team stops asking engineers for numbers
• Profile React memory use and chase down the leaks crashing Boise nodes

• Experience at the mid-level inside a hybrid role
• 4+ years putting Prioritization to work in a technology setting
• A track record of make-it-better delivery in a hybrid structure
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, gloriously-unglamorous environment
• Pattern recognition earned across many technology engagements
• Hands-on proficiency with Go, ideally paired with Webpack

Ingersoll Rand partners with organizations across Boise,  bring employee-centric thinking to everyday technology challenges. Ownership at Ingersoll Rand means you fix the broken thing even when nobody assigned it to you.

At Ingersoll Rand, $73,000 - $110,000 is just the opener; the mentorship, benefits, and Boise, y are where the offer gets good.
