• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong code-review culture

• Fluency across Growth Mindset and RabbitMQ, with strong opinions on both
• Comfort steering technology conversations toward a decision
• Judgment seasoned by at least 4 years of real consequences
• 5+ years of PHP reps, not just PHP exposure
• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• An eye for the outcome-focused detail that separates fine from finished

For all its solutions-focused ambition, Cloud Wave Technologies still operates like the scrappy Boise startup that first cracked technology years ago. Ownership at Cloud Wave Technologies means you fix the broken thing even when nobody assigned it to you.

At Cloud Wave Technologies, $75,000 - $103,000 is just the opener; the mentorship, benefits, and Boise, y are where the offer gets good.

Still warm and still open, this temporary listing just got updated.
