For our client, we are seeking a Director, Product Software Engineering - AI to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.
This leader will own the engineering vision and roadmap for AI-enabled software products, guiding multiple teams through modernization and organizational transformation. The role will focus on building scalable cloud-native solutions, strengthening engineering standards, and advancing intelligent product capabilities across the business. The ideal candidate will partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to turn complex needs into practical technology solutions.

Compensation: $179,200 – $320,200 annually
Responsibilities- Define and execute the engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled software products.
- Lead multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive organizational transformation through modern engineering and AI capabilities.
- Establish engineering standards and best practices to improve quality and scalability.
- Champion the adoption of AI-enabled software development and intelligent product capabilities.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to translate challenges into technology solutions.
- Build and retain high-performing engineering leaders and teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
- 5+ years leading engineering managers and multiple software engineering teams.
- Experience delivering cloud-native software products using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, Dev Ops, CI/CD, automation, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience leading teams building AI-enabled products.
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and AI governance.
