- Drive technical decisions and deliver working prototypes.
- Strong hands‑on C++ and Python skills.
- Solid experience with backend/systems engineering, network protocols, and cloud/distributed systems.
- Experience designing reliable, highly available solutions.
- Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and actively use AI coding tools.
