Architect, AI Engineer (Applied​/Software)

• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into pragmatic architecture options
• Produce architecture blueprints, high-level and low-level designs, and technical decision records
• Design secure, scalable, and reusable services, APIs, datastore patterns, and UX-facing capabilities
• Lead hands-on prototyping, code reviews, and design assurance with engineering teams
• Select technologies and define development standards to create common frameworks across the platform
• Manage the architecture backlog and balance trade-offs between cost, risk, quality, and security
• Apply AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices to improve delivery and developer productivity

• Strong architecture experience across cloud-native applications, integration, data, and security
• Hands-on software engineering capability in C#, Java, JavaScript/Type Script, or Python
• Practical experience with agentic AI coding tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf)
• Deep Azure expertise including Entra , RBAC, Key Vault, and tenant-aware identity patterns
• Experience with microservices, containers, Kubernetes (AKS), and CI/CD via Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub
• Ability to design complex authentication and authorization patterns
• Understanding of secure-by-design patterns and enterprise technology standards

• Experience with internal developer platforms or platform marketplace models
• Knowledge of generative AI patterns, RAG, and AI governance guardrails
• Familiarity with enterprise UX patterns and low-code/no-code capabilities
• Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer, TOGAF, or SAFe
