• Making clients feel comfortable and supported
• Building trust and long-term rapport
• Communicating clearly and compassionately
• Encouraging clients of all fitness levels

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of all fitness levels
• Create personalized exercise programs tailored to each client’s needs and preferences
• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support
• Educate clients on proper technique and healthy lifestyle habits
• Monitor and track client progress and conduct reassessments
• Participate in field marketing
• Drive to and from client locations across Boise, Meridian, Eagle, and Garden City
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app
• Attend monthly team meetings
• Other duties as assigned

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification
• Experience in fitness sales preferred
• Strong understanding of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes and work flexible hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, compassionate, and professional coaching style
