Our fitness studio is busy, and we need someone to lead and instruct our members in innovative and enjoyable classes. You should make safety a priority and meet our members' fitness goals while also creating a safe environment for all class participants.

Responsibilities

• Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking
• Instruct a variety of exercise classes to various groups of members and guests
• Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe
• Motivate customers to continue exercising and help make healthy choices
• Offer outstanding customer service in accordance with company policies

• Must possess a current certification for fitness instructing
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)

20 - 25 hourly
