Description

Northwest Equipment Sales, a Heavy-Duty Truck & Trailer Dealership (Mack, Volvo, Kalmar Ottawa, and Cummins) is seeking to hire a Full-Time Parts Warehouse Supervisor for its facility in Boise, Idaho. Must have good communication skills. Have at least one year of experience, various types of equipment experience is a plus, and a clean driving record.
Wages are $18.00 - $24.00 per hour based upon experience, knowledge, and skill level.

Parts Warehouse Supervisor – oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing automotive parts.

  • Team leadership – supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to drive performance, teamwork, and safety compliance.
  • Inventory control – maintain accurate inventory records, conduct audits, and ensure stock levels meet business needs.
  • Order fulfillment – ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer expectations.
  • Safety compliance – enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
  • Logistics coordination – work with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize deliveries and minimize costs.
  • Performance tracking – monitor and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements What we’re looking for
  • Experience – 1-5 years in warehouse management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills
    • strong leadership and team management abilities
    • proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse software
    • excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
    • effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
  • Physical requirements – ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
