Warehouse Worker Night – The Odom Corporation,
Boise,
Employment Type: Full Time
Schedule: 10 AM – Finish
Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Bonuses: $500 sign‑on bonus (after first 60 days), $500 employment bonus after 6 months, $500 employment bonus after 12 months.

- Daily loads/unloads of delivery trucks.
- Count, sort, or weigh incoming product to verify receipt of items.
- Store product in bins, racks, on floor, or on shelves according to identifying information such as style, size, brand, or type of material.
- Use company specific computer systems and software to direct and control workflow.
- Read and efficiently work the customer pick sheets to accurately determine items to be gathered, palletized, and distributed.
- Obtain and maintain accuracy and pick‑per‑hour goals as assigned.
- Examine stock to verify conformance to quality specifications and take pride in products being distributed.
- Keep all locations neat, organized, and proper rotation to ensure freshness.
- Fill orders or issue supplies from stock with care, concern, and diligence.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and build orders on pallets, safely for delivery.
- Accurately document amounts of products received or distributed.
- Clean all warehouse areas worked during shift – sweeping, discarding trash and empty boxes.
- Participate in inventory cycles to count SKU’s.
- Receive training and certificate for safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks.
- High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Preferred experience with warehousing, forklift and pallet jack operations, pallet building, and inventory procedures.
- Must obtain or already hold forklift certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Regular lifting, moving, pulling or pushing of 27–55 pounds; occasional lifting up to 170 pounds.
- Regular sitting, standing, walking; use of hands for handling and reaching.
- Frequent kneeling, crouching, stooping, balancing, and climbing as needed.
- Visual ability required to minimize personal and property damage.
- Warehouse located in Boise; temperature variations; occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles and outdoor weather.
- Noise level moderate to high due to forklifts and environmental factors.
