Ecommerce and Marketing assistant

Fine Italian Food is the North American branch of Compagnia Alimentare Italiana, a well-known Italian company that produces the Mantova Brand products. Fine Italian Food brings authentic Italian, award-winning products to its customers across the ocean.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce and Marketing Assistant located in Bolingbrook, IL. At this position, you will work closely with the team to support the day-to-day operations of the department. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Assistant to support our online sales channels. This role will focus on printing and managing product labels, handling new product listings, updating existing listings, and assisting with day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple online platforms.

Additionally, will work closely with the team to prepare presentations and reports, assisting with promotional activities, coordinating events, conducting market research, and other related tasks as required. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer databases, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and accurate.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing platforms like Canva
• Comfort working with computers and software for product listing management.
• Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience with E-commerce sites like Amazon, Faire, and Shopify.
• Knowledge of the food industry is a plus

• Experience with basic graphic or photo editing software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Shopify.
• Understanding of product UPCs, SKUs, and inventory systems.
