• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi‑task effectively.
• Meet state‑specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and work indoors or outdoors.
• Comfortable in low postures for continual contact with children and able to engage in physical activity with them.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently to communicate with children and parents.

Range of pay: $18.00 – $18.00 hourly.

In the state of Minnesota, we currently provide an additional $3.00 per hour premium on all classroom hours worked in addition to the range of pay listed. This premium is funded through the Minnesota Great Start Grant Compensation Support Program.
