Our multi-million-dollar practice in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a full-time dentist who brings not only strong clinical ability, but also outstanding leadership, communication, and chairside presence.

• Earn from Day One:
  Compensation starting at $900/day plus 32-35% collections or production 100% practice-paid lab fees
• High-Quality Patient Base: PPO/FFS only—no Medicaid
• Supportive, Established Team:
  Work alongside a seasoned, high-producing dentist with full support from hygienists and experienced dental assistants.
• Exceptional Schedule & Volume: 4-day work week with strong, steady patient flow generated by robust marketing and practice reputation.
• Modern, Fully Equipped Practice:
  Prime Scan, CBCT, Overjet AI, Sprint Ray 3D Printing (Sign-on bonus available at the practice's discretion)

• Educate patients regarding their comprehensive treatment options.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a post-doctoral residency program for all specialists.
• Current/active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain).
• Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care.
