Ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
Responsibilities- Overall responsibility for managing and overseeing all aspects of a private preschool to include health and safety, enrollment and financial wellness, staffing, training and retention, campus management, and delivery of high-quality education and care
- Understands, promotes, and models Primrose School of Bolingbrook's vision, purpose and mission.
- Passionately believes in and is able to communicate all aspects of the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to teaching and learning
- Lead and ensure compliance with DCFS rules & regulations, Primrose (SSA) and COGNIA Accreditation standards.
- Lead and put a system in place to provide ongoing feedback for teaching staff, using a variety of tools such as Classroom Observation Forms and Teacher Evaluations
- Actively develops and maintains positive staff relationships and parent partnerships and manages all resources effectively
- Conduct tours of the school and interact with children and parents about programs/curriculum
- Organizes and conducts staff meetings, workshops, and other school functions. Attend all school events, functions, open houses, etc.
- Performs necessary management responsibilities to manage all aspects of the school including business management, education, campus environment, and marketing.
- Ability to perform all essential functions for each position in the School, including, but not limited to, other Leadership Team positions, Teacher, Food Service Teacher, and Bus Driver.
