• Assist the Principal in development and implementation of the school policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining Accreditation and recognition requirements.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and safe learning environment that encourages cultural and ethnic diversity.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and achievement oriented culture.
• Assist in making Improvement Plans every year.
• Review policies and procedures in Parent-Student handbook and Employee handbook.
• Develop, demonstrate and foster an attitude of continuous improvement within the school community.
• Assist in leading, managing and mentoring all school personnel.
• Assist in development, evaluation and implementation of the school curriculum.
• Conduct Staff evaluations.
• Participate in professional development workshops.
• Assist in regular review of lesson plans and curriculum maps.
• Promote technology implementation in daily instruction.
• Assess student test scores and provide student growth charts.
• Establish good communication with all school stakeholders.
• Manage student discipline and provide positive behavior support.
• Enforce students’ daily attendance.
• Organize, plan and coordinate student and school activities such as Field trips, Science Fairs, Open House, Mystical Evening, Graduation and Award Ceremony.
• Maintain the school website and social media platforms.
• Order books and planners for all students before the start of the school year.
• Perform other duties as designated by the Principal.
