Floorstaff Opportunity – $15 Per Hour – Regal

Team members are classified based on theatre needs and employee availability as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly. Their primary responsibility is ensuring our guests receive exceptional service.

Roles include Box Office, Concession Stand, and Usher. Team members must act as a representative of Regal consistent with our mission and policies.

• Box Office
  • Operate POS system, manage cash drawer, credit cards, gift cards, tickets, and coupons.
  • Upsell/suggestive sell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX).
  • Promote Regal Crown Club.
  • Ensure ticket sales comply with MPAA rating system and company policy.
  • Respond to phone calls and guest inquiries.
• Concession
  • Operate POS system and maintain cash, card, coupon, and concession inventory.
  • Promote Regal Crown Club.
  • Prepare, clean and maintain all concession equipment.
  • Upsell/suggestive sell.
  • Comply with all local, state and federal food safety laws.
  • Adhere to federal and state break/meal period laws.
  • Maintain required alcohol certification where applicable.
  • Read and understand training on sexual harassment and discrimination.
• Usher
  • Tear tickets, collect stubs, direct patrons to auditoriums.
  • Inspect backpacks and packages when applicable.
  • Manage crowd control and assist guests with seating.
  • Enforce MPAA rating system.
  • Conduct in‑theatre inspections for picture/sound quality and monitor for theft.
  • Report issues to management.
  • Perform in‑auditorium concession auxiliary sales when directed.
  • Clean auditoriums after shows; maintain restrooms, lobby, hallways.
  • Monitor vending equipment cleanliness and operations.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.

$15 per hour, with potential adjustments based on role and experience.

• Free movie passes and discounted concessions at any Regal location.
• 401(k) retirement plan with company match after 21 years of age and six months of service.

• Completion of cast certification program or progress toward completion.
• Legal age and required training for alcohol service where applicable.
• Good public speaking, listening, and response skills.
• Strong math ability for quick calculations.
• Reasoning ability: problem identification, data gathering, evaluation, action under pressure.
• Excellent communication with customers, co‑workers, and management.

Employee must stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk or hear frequently. Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl. Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth, and focus adjustment.
