Ultrasound Technologist — OBGYN — Part‑time

Responsibilities- Perform high‑quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with provider orders and established protocols.
- Verify patient identity and exam appropriateness; obtain required clinical history before scanning.
- Position patients and equipment properly; manipulate transducers and technical settings to acquire optimal images, waveforms, heart rates, and diagnostic data.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) and PACS systems.
- Explain procedures to patients, ensuring comfort, cooperation, and privacy throughout the exam.
- Associate degree from a Technical/Vocational School.
- Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS)
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer – Abdomen (RDMS‑AB) (EV Accredited)
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer – Pediatric Sonography (RDMS‑PS) (EV Accredited)
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with OB/GYN Specialization (RDMS‑OBGYN) (EV Accredited)
- Registered Musculoskeletal Sonographer (RMSKS) (EV Accredited)
- Registered Technologist – Breast Sonography (R.T.(BS)(ARRT)) (Accredited)
- Registered Technologist – Vascular Sonography (R.T.(VS)(ARRT)) (EV Accredited)
- Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) (EV Accredited)
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) (EV Accredited)
