Job Description:

PRN (as needed) Covers two different locations: 1.) 396 Remington Blvd Bolingbrook Infusion

Shift: Days 730am to 4pm and 8am to 430pm, Mon-Fri, no weekends

Location:

Bolingbrook Infusion 396 Remington Blvd, Bolingbrook IL, 60440 2.) 1 Salt Creek Lane Hinsdale Infusion

Shift: Days 7am to 3:30 pm, 730am to 4pm, 8am to 430pm, Mon-Fri, no weekends

Leads enterprise-level inventory operations, including procurement processes, formulary alignment, and perpetual inventory accuracy. Oversees controlled substance programs, diversion prevention efforts, and compliance with DEA and institutional policies. conducts advanced audits and operations reviews to advise on inventory integrity analytics, cost containment strategies, medication shortage mitigation, and supply chain resilience. Leads system-wide medication safety initiatives, including risk mitigation, error prevention, and safety education.

Facilitates root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.

• Associate [Preferred]
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
• Technical/Vocational School [Preferred]

• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program [Preferred]

• 2+ years of contemporary hospital pharmacy experience [Required]

• Active state pharmacy technician registration required
• Additional licensure or certification requirements may apply depending on the specific unit or state in which this position is located.

Physical Requirements:

Pay Range: $22.26 - $35.62
