Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Senior HR Business Partner is a key strategic advisor to leadership, helping shape people strategy, organizational development, and change management across all manufacturing operations. This role plays an important part in aligning HR initiatives with business priorities and ensuring teams have the structure, talent, and support needed to thrive.
The Sr. HRBP builds strong, trusted partnerships throughout the organization while promoting a culture that reflects the company’s values and long-term vision. Acting as a connector across HR functions, this role supports critical areas such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent assessments, succession planning, and engagement/retention.
Primary Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and long-term talent development.
- Lead succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential talent initiatives to strengthen capability across manufacturing.
- Support organizational scaling and transformation by ensuring structure, leadership capacity, and talent pipelines align with future growth.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring strategies anticipate future capability needs.
- Encourage a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Guide leaders through organizational change, helping teams adopt new structures, expectations, and new ways of working.
- Provide daily coaching and support to leaders on career development, performance management, talent planning, and employee relations issues.
- Act as a change management leader during key business or organizational shifts.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on leadership development, compensation, benefits, and staffing initiatives.
- Oversee administrative processes for the HR performance management system.
- Lead and support HR projects, data reporting, and key initiatives as needed.
- Offer expert guidance within the HR team, helping coordinate efforts and ensuring successful execution of shared goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and skill development.
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, including navigating complex employee relations matters.
- Strong capability in HR data and analytics, leveraging workforce metrics to identify trends and drive meaningful action plans.
- Broad knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation, organizational diagnostics, employee relations, performance management, diversity, and employment law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with strong attention to data accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing, and highly collaborative environment.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Ability to adapt, evolve, and scale HR processes as the organization grows.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
Typical pay range: $115k – $130k annually (based on skills, experience, and qualifications).
Eligible for participation in Quarterly Incentive Pay Program.
