You’ll own recruiting across both salaried and hourly manufacturing functions, from engineers and supervisors to skilled trades and key plant operators. If you love understanding how a production ecosystem fits together and enjoy the impact of hiring the right people at the right time, this is your arena.
This role is perfect for someone who builds longevity—not someone who hops every 18 months. You’ll shape the talent foundation of a plant that’s growing, maturing, and investing heavily in people, systems, and innovation.
What You’ll OwnFull-Cycle Talent Acquisition
Recruit across multiple manufacturing disciplines—engineering, operations leadership, maintenance, production talent, and skilled roles.
Run a tight, professional search process that reflects the standards of a world-class manufacturer.
Build strong pipelines for critical roles before the need becomes urgent.
Sit at the table with supervisors, managers, and directors to understand real workforce requirements—not just job descriptions.
Influence hiring decisions with data, talent insights, and a sense of organizational trajectory.
Salaried recruiting → engineers, analysts, supply chain, operations, finance, and frontline leadership.
Hourly recruiting → high-volume production, assembly, logistics, and plant technical roles.
Bring in people who stay—those who want craftsmanship, pride in work, team belonging, and long‑term growth.
Keep the job‑hoppers and résumé tourists out of the pipeline with selective, standards‑forward screening.
Track hiring metrics like a business athlete—time‑to‑fill, quality‑of‑hire, retention indicators.
Improve systems, workflows, interview structure, and candidate experience.
- 3–7 years of experience recruiting in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering‑driven environments
- Strong foundation in salaried AND hourly recruiting
- Talent instincts that come from real practice, not scripts
- Confident, polished communicator who elevates every interaction
- Someone who understands plant culture, frontline challenges, and workforce dynamics
- Highly organized, resilient, and able to handle shifting priorities without losing precision
- Comfortable onsite in a plant environment—present, visible, connected
