Employ Bridge is seeking a Bilingual Traveling Recruiter for the Bolingbrook/Shorewood area in IL. This in-office role runs Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with 20% travel across IL, MI, IN, and OH. You will recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates for industrial staffing.
You will build candidate pipelines, conduct drug screens and background checks, and coordinate I-9 documentation to get people to work.
