Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Kafka based EDA (Event Driven Architecture) platform to support various integration use cases ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Experience defining large scale Enterprise Integration strategy leveraging Kafka.
  • Define and establish best practices and guidelines for Kafka development, security, and operations.
  • Design Kafka deployment architecture having hands-on experience in deployment and configurations on Kafka.
  • Experience working in a Hybrid Multi Cloud Environment with GCP as primary Hyperscaler.
  • Experience in Kafka platform ecosystem - clusters, brokers, producers/consumers, Kafka connect, streams, KSQL, admin APIs, Kafka connect framework, source/sink connectors etc.
  • Experience working in Agile Development environment.
  • Experience working in retail domain is a plus.
  • Any relevant certifications on Kafka, GCP are a plus.
