We’re hiring a Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of core Retail Merchandising processes including Master Data, Demand Planning, Assortment Planning, Integrated Planning, and Procurement
.
If you’ve architected large-scale retail merchandising platforms and integrated them with SAP S/4, this is a high-impact, career-defining role.
What You’ll Do- Evaluate technologies, design scalable solutions, and guide the Merchandising transformation roadmap
- Drive standards, governance, data architecture, and platform strategy
- Partner with SAP, Infrastructure, Security, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance across cross-functional teams
- Influence decisions with strong business and technical insights
- 7+ years as a Solution Architect in Retail Merchandising
- 2+ full implementations covering Demand Planning, Assortment Planning, Integrated Planning
- Strong understanding of Master Data and how it impacts Merchandising + S/4 integrations
- Experience with platforms like o9 or Blue Yonder
- Proven ability to present architectural solutions to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
