SAP BODS Integration Consultant

Qualifications & Experience

• Seeking a strong technical SAP Data Services consultant with extensive hands‑on experience on BODS.
• Strong SQL, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in designing and developing complex jobs in SAP DS, including working with different functions and transformations.
• Exposure to integrating Data Services with different applications such as SAP ECC, SAP BW and databases like MS SQL, Oracle, and Postgres.
• Strong background in optimizing Data Services jobs by using best practices.
• Experience in leading a team of onsite and offshore developers.
• Able to prioritize and manage time effectively while working on multiple projects/interfaces concurrently.
• Effectively delegates work to offshore developers, reviews their code, and ensures quality code is delivered following all coding standards.
• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of accountability; able to work independently with little guidance.
• Quick learner who can ramp up fast; detail oriented and thorough in work.
• This is a Lead role for the Integration area – no production support, no migration requirement.
