As a Corporate Technical Recruiter within Ulta Beauty’s Talent Acquisition team, you will lead full‑cycle recruitment efforts across our fast‑growing IT and Digital organization. Your work will directly fuel Ulta’s digital and technology transformation by attracting high‑impact talent in Engineering, Product, Data, Cybersecurity, and Digital Experience—roles that shape the future of our guest and associate experience.

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand business objectives, team structure, talent gaps, and role requirements.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top IT and Digital talent across Engineering, Product, Data, Cybersecurity, and Digital Experience.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment process, including intake, sourcing, screening, assessments, interview management, debrief facilitation, offer development, and closing.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system and use analytics to drive insights on funnel health, time‑to‑fill, and conversion rates.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Ulta Beauty’s people‑first culture.

• 5+ years of full‑cycle, corporate IT recruiting experience across IT and Digital functions (Engineering, Product, Data, Cybersecurity).
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and engaging passive talent using advanced search techniques (Boolean, Linked In Recruiter, Seek Out/HireEZ).
• Strong understanding of the latest technologies, digital trends, and talent market dynamics.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and data accuracy best practices.
• AIRS certification or similar sourcing accreditation preferred.

Minimum on‑site requirement: 6 days per month

$95,000.00 – $ per year plus eligible associates may earn additional compensation through the company’s bonus plan.
