Vice

President of Operations (Full‑time)

We are currently seeking a full‑time Vice President of Operations to provide asset management and leadership oversight to the assigned portfolio, including property operations, financial performance, compliance, and marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to Regional Property Managers within their portfolio
  • Stay informed on asset performance by reviewing reports, tracking occupancy, and maintaining appropriate rental pricing
  • Ensure properties are operating within established financial parameters
  • Perform essential management function duties such as hiring, training, coaching, succession planning, performance management, compensation planning, development, and employee counseling
  • Oversee the transition of property dispositions or acquisitions
  • Apply risk management procedures and ensure compliance with all regulating agencies
  • Set performance goals and hold the team accountable for meeting expectations
  • Use sound judgement while approving requests within their portfolio
  • Maintain professional working relationships with third parties to include ownership, vendors, inspectors, etc.
  • Ensure transparent communication with ownership/clients
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure consistent, transparent, and open communication
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory property‑management experience
  • Background in Multifamily Real Estate
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite applications and other relevant software
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective leadership and development skills

Compensation:
Full‑Time $160,000 to $170,000 per year
