As the HR Compliance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the People Success Leadership Team to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Developing and revising policies and procedures to mitigate organizational risks.
• Overseeing the Foreign National Program, particularly the H-1B visa processes, in partnership with external counsel.
• Ensuring compliance with I-9 forms and the E-Verify program across the enterprise.
• Working with Internal Audit to maintain effective audit controls and communicate issues promptly.
• Managing the People Success budget and tracking expenditures to align with departmental goals.
• Auditing PS functions to align internal metrics with external compliance requirements.
• Monitoring the Code of Conduct and Harassment/Discrimination Prevention training compliance.
• Supporting the development of tools to improve compliance and implementing changes in legal requirements.

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
• Knowledge of HR policies, metrics, systems, and employment law.
• Familiarity with compliance programs such as I-9, E-Verify, and the H-1B visa program.
• Experience with internal audits and compliance-related exception reporting.
• Strong project management and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build partnerships, work cross-functionally, and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in generating and organizing reports using various software tools.
