Landscape Account Manager – Schill Grounds Management

- Introduce and meet with new and existing clients to sell commercial landscape maintenance contracts, enhancement services, and snow removal contracts.
- Prepare estimates and proposals for presentation to clients.
- Make daily customer site visits and maintain regular phone contact to ensure quality services and customer satisfaction.
- Direct landscape crews on maintenance service orders, with a detailed and planned approach.
- Consistently offer additional services to customers, educating and building confidence regarding the enhancement of their landscape investment.
- Schedule and plan daily activities; meet regularly with the Branch Manager and Operations teams to review progress, sales goals, and performance.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Expert knowledge of landscape maintenance standards, plant material, and installation standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with co‑workers and clients.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and preparedness to work in a cooperative team environment.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized style.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing personality.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable record to meet fleet insurance requirements.
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Degree in landscape management, horticulture, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience with landscape maintenance.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and other CRM systems.
- Employees may be required to drive or travel locally as needed and work extended hours, weekends, and holidays, especially during the snow season.
- Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
- Requires flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
