Goodwin Recruiting is looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager to oversee daily commercial landscaping operations, lead field crews, and ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality service for our clients.
Location: Oak Brook, IL
Employment type: Full‑time
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities- Manage, train, and support landscaping field crews.
- Coordinate daily schedules, routing, and job planning.
- Ensure safety compliance and accident‑free operations.
- Communicate job expectations, productivity goals, and quality standards.
- Partner with Account Managers to meet client expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- 3+ years of operations or field leadership experience (landscaping preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Customer‑focused with a professional mindset.
- Computer proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
