Role SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery for a strategic client account
. This role is responsible for delivery governance, client satisfaction, and financial performance across multiple programs, including Consumer Technology and enterprise AI initiatives
. The position serves as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the client, Sales, and delivery teams, operating within a global onsite/offshore delivery model
.
- Own end‑to‑end account delivery
, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, timelines, and financial targets. - Lead multiple concurrent programs, including Consumer Tech platforms and AI‑driven initiatives
. - Act as the primary client interface and escalation point
, managing executive‑level stakeholders. - Lead large transformation programs
, driving measurable business outcomes. - Own account P&L, including revenue realization, margin optimization, and cost control.
- Partner with Sales and Account teams to support growth, renewals, and value‑add opportunities
. - Lead global onsite/offshore teams
, driving performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. - Establish governance forums including QBRs, Steering Committees, and Executive Reviews
.
- 15+ years in Delivery, Program, or Account Management roles.
- Proven experience managing large client accounts ($8–15M).
- Strong Retail / Consumer Technology domain experience.
- Demonstrated success in large transformation programs
, including digital and AI initiatives. - Extensive experience with onsite/offshore delivery models
. - Excellent customer handling, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
- Bolingbrook, IL (or nearby)
- Hybrid role with 2–3 days onsite per week
Pay Range Minimum: $ 125,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $ 191,000 perYear

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
