Responsible for the overall receiving, warehousing, tracking, storage, organization and distribution of all production material, including both secured, non‑secured material, raw material and finished goods used in the production process while maintaining the quality, safety, behavioral and attendance expectations

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Maintain the system accuracy and perform the process for receiving, organizing, segregating, identifying and storing all inventory materials located in all active warehouses by physically moving materials and transactionally within system within active ERP
  • Unload, put‑away, sort, label, pick, package, replenish, audit required warehoused materials while maintaining warehouse locations in a neat and organized fashion
  • Perform and maintain system properly by issuing materials to WIP to production thru pick list generation and to finished goods (shipping) utilizing the current ERP system
  • Maintain and update email communication manage warehouse request including but not limited to quality material releases, shipment notifications, material pull requests and cycle count requests
  • Ensure all material is properly identified with a G&D item number, matched to a current ERP identification, segregated from non‑inventory material and stored in a properly identified inventory location
  • Move material by hand, pallet jack or forklift equipment to maintain continuous flow of material
  • Organize and conduct Physical and Cycle counts to meet company guidelines
  • Participate in physical inventories both yearly and cycle count
  • Ensure safety techniques are used in all aspects of daily work responsibilities
  • Ensure secured material regulations are being properly followed and maintained.
  • Resolve problems or discrepancies with help from immediate manager
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma (or GED)
  • Inventory Management, warehousing experience preferred
  • Familiar with ERP Systems, preferred
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management procedures
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; must be able to read, comprehend, and write correspondence and reports in English; must be able to communicate with multiple levels of staff throughout the organization
  • Effective organizational skills, Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Effective analytical ability with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with computer technology applications that support the materials planning and procurement process (i.e. ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Physical ability to move inventory material as needed
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Able to stand on concrete for long periods of time
  • Able to operate pallet jack and forklift
  • Other duties as assigned

Pay ranges from $18–$20/hour, based on the role, level, and shift.
