Join our team in Bolingbrook, IL as a 2nd shift Machine Operator working Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm and bring printed sheets to life, transforming them into high-quality cards using cutting-edge equipment! Pay ranges from $17.00–$23.57/hour, reflecting the minimum and maximum target based on the role, level, and location. What you bring to the table:- CNC experience is a plus
- Ability to comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees and temporaries assigned in the department
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment
- Understanding of quality processes and procedures
- Ability to use various measuring devices, such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify material conformance to specifications
- Ability to troubleshoot malfunctions
- Exposure to shop noise
- Requires working on hard floor- regularly standing, walking, bending, squatting, and stooping
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens. Requires normal color perception.
- Adheres to Master Card and Visa association security standards
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar manufacturing role
- Ability to operate machinery
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Flexibility with regard to schedule- overtime may be required as needed
