Overview
Our client in Bolingbrook, IL is looking for Flexible General Laborers to join their team. Previous manufacturing experience isn’t required; a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment are important. This role offers a flexible day-to-day work schedule based on production needs.

Pay Rate & Shift: 1st shift 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. – $15.50; 2nd shift 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. – $16; 3rd shift 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. – $16.50
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination.
- Supply production lines as needed.
- Responsible for correct placement of product on line or in containers, boxes, or pallets.
- Maintain work area in a clean and organized manner.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Must be knowledgeable in GMPs or willing to learn.
- Sufficient math skills.
- Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to read and write in English (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- This is a day-to-day position with days worked varying based on client needs and availability.
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to various machines, noise levels, and varying temperatures.
- Team environment; must be able to work together and communicate respectfully and professionally.
- Ability to stand and use hands throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
