Warehouse Lead (Retail Department) - 2nd Shift

The Warehouse team is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead to assist with the coordination and monitoring of the daily operations of the Warehouse department by providing work leadership to the Warehouse team. This is a great opportunity to join our 2nd shift with $1.00 differential - 2:00-10:30pm teams!

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and supervise assigned team ensuring all employees are working safely and efficiently while staying on task
  • Participate in daily shift meetings to share any pertinent information or issues between shifts, promoting interaction and communication between all three shifts and related departments
  • Coordinate and assign all team members their daily tasks
  • Be sure pickers and packers are accurate and productive
  • Receive and appropriately react to all department related reports
  • Email any and all necessary parties with regard to product and personnel issues
  • Package various products to order specifications
  • Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders
  • Train new and existing team members on company and departmental policies and procedures, including safety protocols; enforce all company policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department
Qualifications
  • Experience using an RF Scanner
  • Ability to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions
  • Strong knowledge of safety practices and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Must possess a high degree of attention to detail to avoid shortages, delays, work stoppages, and other issues that lead to downtime or efficiency loss
  • Dependable, with an excellent attendance record
  • Able to stand for the duration of the shift; lift and move up to 20lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required
  • Epicor experience is a plus
  • Authorized to work in the United States
