CHEP in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking an Experienced Manufacturing Leader to guide safety, quality and operations at a key in-house site. You will lead a team, drive improvements, manage materials flow and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
The role includes full P&L responsibility, coaching staff, and partnering with maintenance and corporate to deliver production of about 2000 units per week and a 40-person workforce on site.
