Position Overview We are currently hiring experienced
** Sit-Down Forklift Operators
** for a manufacturing facility in Bolingbrook. This is a
** temp-to-hire opportunity
** for candidates seeking long-term employment and growth within the company.### Schedule
* Monday - Friday
* 11:00 PM - 7:15 AM
* Overtime required as needed
* Must be available to train on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:15 PM)###

Job Responsibilities
* Operate a sit-down forklift approximately 98% of the shift.
* Supply rolls of wire and other materials to machine operators.
* Move, stage, load, and transport materials throughout the facility.
* Perform material handling duties within the manufacturing department.
* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
* Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.### Requirements
* Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
* Manufacturing and material handling experience preferred.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
* Must complete a client interview and facility walkthrough.
