Job Description- Rounds and assesses patient care units to evaluate patient conditions, identify staffing needs, and provide support to caregivers.
- Advises and directs nursing personnel, responds to Code Blue situations, and manages clinical emergencies.
- Acts as liaison for patient movement and bed assignments, promoting cost‑effective management of staffing, equipment, and supplies.
- Represents nursing administration during off‑shifts, authorizes consent or treatment during admissions, and serves as incident commander for disasters.
- Provides direction and collaborates with hospital leadership during significant events, including organizational codes and system downtimes.
Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing, Master's of Nursing, Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range$36.77 - $68.39
