• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships within the practice and other departments.
• Other duties as assigned. Implements and monitors patient care plans to ensure effective treatment.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
