Registered Nurse - Surgical Care Unit

Provide professional nursing care following the Illinois Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies; assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, implement, and evaluate care; monitor patient progress and document observations; delegate tasks appropriately; work collaboratively as a team to achieve unit goals.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred.
• at least 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient setting required.
• current Illinois RN license.
• CPR certification from American Heart Association or BLS.
• critical thinking skills and ability to adapt to changing patient needs.

• Deliver quality patient care, employ assessment skills, monitor and record patient status, collaborate with healthcare team, and ensure adherence to professional standards.
