Summary

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in developing a dedicated team that delivers friendly guest experiences and profitable top‑line sales. They aid in employee development, fulfill accountable tasks, and maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities Team Environment
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop employees.
  • Communicate job expectations to staff.
  • Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
  • Support the development of team members.
Operational Excellence
  • Create and maintain a guest‑first culture.
  • Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to reach guest service goals.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines and complying with all applicable laws.
  • Execute brand standards, recipes, and systems.
  • Prepare and implement action plans to improve production, productivity, quality, and guest service.
  • Review guest feedback and assessment results and implement improvement plans.
Profitability
  • Control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Execute in‑restaurant marketing promotions promptly.
  • Implement new product roll‑outs, including team training, marketing, and sampling.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluent in English.
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Minimum 18 years of age (where applicable).

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
