The Crew Manager is responsible for organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service, motivating and leading the team, operating the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, and working the fryer/griddle.

• Organize and schedule shifts for team members.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies.
• Oversee daily customer service and satisfaction.
• Motivate and lead team to achieve operational goals.
• Operate cash register, drive‑thru, and order preparation.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Work the fryer/griddle as needed.
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming work environment.

• You must love to smile, laugh, and have fun.
• Minimum 1 year of food service or management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30‑50 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Promote and drive White Castle initiatives to increase brand loyalty.
• Team player who treats others with care and respect.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire.

Pay Rate: $18.50 – $24.00 per hour, based on average hours worked, location, and length of service. Potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.
