A Restaurant Manager provides strong, positive leadership to deliver great guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitable sales. They oversee the restaurant in compliance with Dunkin’ Donuts and franchisee standards and applicable laws.

• Hire, train, develop employees and communicate expectations.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review performance; provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture; ensure all shifts are staffed to achieve service goals.
• Maintain safe, secure, healthy environment by following safety, food safety, sanitation guidelines and laws.
• Ensure brand standards and systems are executed; complete audits and implement improvement plans.
• Control costs, execute in-restaurant marketing promotions, new product roll-outs; set sales goals and track results.

• Fluent in English.
• Math and financial management.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• At least 18 years of age where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
