Starting Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour. Pay Range: $17.00 - $25.50 per hour.

All About On Demand — You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM). Your schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs. You may create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime scheduling app. If you pick up a shift, reliable attendance is required.

You must engage by picking up and working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum four hours). If you do not respond to contact attempts or do not work at least one shift within 5 months, your employment may be terminated. You will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and a short-term training schedule.

All About Service & Engagement — Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment and store cleanliness. Knowledgeable about in-store and digital capabilities that drive adoption and guest loyalty. Deliver quick, easy shopping experiences at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up while ensuring quality.

Job responsibilities (typical day):

• Deliver the service standard and create a welcoming guest experience.
• Assist guests in daily tasks and solve their needs with knowledge of store tools, products, and services.
• Be knowledgeable about Target Loyalty programs and fulfillment services; assist with enrollment and activation as needed.
• Explain and use Target Wallet and Target App features to guests.
• Handle returns and follow register prompts; collaborate with leaders to resolve issues per policies.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience as needed.
• Provide easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up orders, including related compliance.
• Support cash office processes as needed.
• All other duties as required by business needs.
