The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.00 USD - $25.50 USD per hour. This role is within General Merchandise (GM) and Food and Beverage teams, supporting inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes, and enabling efficient pick, pack, and ship fulfillment for guests.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Assist guests in a welcoming manner to solve their needs and thank them for shopping with us.
• Execute daily tasks to achieve goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment when certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Change prices, set up and maintain merchandise, and ensure inventory accuracy as directed by leadership.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times.
• Work safely; follow safety policies, report hazards, and address them where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely; ability to lift up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Availability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
